Hello Everyone,

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to use Packet8 VOIP service with a wireless network. That is, if I'm the one accessing the network, instead of providing one. Right now my Packet8 gateway is connected to my router, which in turn, is connected to my cable modem. I will be moving in one month and will be just connecting to the network at this next place, instead of me running a network. Since my Packet8 unit has to be connected to the router for the service, that tells me that all the Packet8 unit really requires is an internet connection. It is connected to the router with a Cat-5 cable running from the "Lan" jack on the Packet8 unit to one of the connection ports on the router. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
